Although most of these points are pretty common sense, many of us probably have to hear them every once in a while. There have been times where I turned around and didn't go to the SC because it was the end of the day and I smelled like it. I know full well they are just as human as anyone, and they are simply doing this to make a buck. And just like the author said, if you relate to them with that attitude, it will always pay off. Great article, I'm glad I read it.
