Highway expansion. I believe state used eminent domain laws to take all the properties on that stretch of the highway. The property can only be claimed if it's for public use and the owner receives "just compensation"

Sugars during the day has been the only one I have heard about that it could happen. PTs can be hit or miss at night. Over all the SC scene is SA sucks due to city restrictions. My recommendation is head to Austin

First time I went there was on a very busy Saturday night several years ago and it was just topless in VIP. I now just go with Celeberity VIP since you have access all night. Maybe it's nude now in regular VIP

Your welcome to go visit and give a counter review if you want. Hell I'd even go back if you give it a good review! But as it stands today I'm not heading back there again.
