$26 for beer & water?? Damn. Try the House Of Lancaster on Bloor St. W. about a 10 minute drive from downtown. The place aims to please.

Thanks Ldkmike659. Most likely places in Quebec are very liberal although a lot of the downtown Montreal bars can be hit-or-miss.

Electroman: yeah sorry, I reread the second half & lots of typos cuz I use auto fill & voice when I was doing this. 1. Parking was allowed on the streets with no limits day or night. 2. Quebec bars usually close at 3, but for now are only allowed to be until 1 am. Also it seems that the bars in the province are being allowed to open on a city-by-city case because it appears the province seems to be ok with them opening.
