Wow, when I read the title,I feared the worst also! With all of their recent municipal troubles, I've been really thinking about making the 2 hour drive for a visit SOON, just in case things went totally south. I am sure a lot of the more introverted PL's will welcome a little more privacy, and I only ever used the big VIP room once, but I have to say, the Caligula-like orgy vibe was kind of hot. But then again, dancers were basically forcing FS on me on the lap dance couches last time, so I guess I still have that to fill my exhibitionist bent.

Did she have short hair? Had a similar encounter with someone who sounds similar on Friday afternoon. I had already had a pretty wild experience on the couches earlier with someone else, so when she approached me, I told her I was looking to go straight to VIP. She quoted me something ridiculous like $350. I kind of laughed it off, but she proceeded to literally give me hell and harass me for awhile, like I was being a cheapskate! I thought she was pretty hot, though, so I caved in and told her let's just go back to the couches for awhile. Ironically enough, she gave me 6-7 very nice UHM dances back on the couches. It was a wild afternoon there; I'll do a full review soon. But I guess the point is that I got multiple really high VIP quotes from a few girls that afternoon, but their mileage for the $10 lap dances was basically the same, so I didn't cave and break the curve for anyone.

No offense man, but I think you may be blinded by 'love'. That's a TON of money to be throwing around on one girl, no matter how beautiful, if there are no extras involved whatsoever.

Some of the regs are probably going to remind you that the 'typical' cost is $50 to the club and $100 to the dancer for VIP, but if you had fun with a girl that you found hot, I say congrats on a successful mission!

I am not familiar with this place at all, but that's not downtown Mobile (which already can be fairly dangerous in the wrong parts), if it is in fact in Prichard. That's a MUCH more dangerous area, and it's probably for the best you didn't go in.

If you follow the advice here, chances are almost guaranteed you'll have at least a decent visit to VIP for a decent price on a daytime Follie's visit; take the plunge!

You just have to be bold and explicitly negotiate your VIP experience at Follies. It used to seem kind of odd/nerve-wracking to me the first time there, but trust me, I've never seen anyone be offended. Also, I have it from a reliable source that FS is often had in the communal VIP room, even in the first seat right by the beaded curtain....not that I would ever engage in such lurid behaviour.

Should have been able to get 2 VIP sessions and a few lappers for that kind of money. There are 2000+ reviews of Follies on this site, for future reference.

If you want privacy the big room isn't a good bet either, because, like Papi mentioned, chances are there are going to be other couples getting frisky in there, as well. Personally I have come to find that you just can't he shy in Follies, in general. I have done many unmentionable things in front of other people quite a few times...you just have to remember that they probably don't care what you're doing/they're looking to do their own naughty things. I love this club so much; I think I'm due for a visit soon!

Just need to teach the out of towner's to pay the standard rate, then leave an additional tip if the service is as promised and/or above and beyond. I am an out of towner myself, and quite honestly, would be comfortable paying a little more than the going rate since I don't get to visit to terribly often, and still find it a good value, but I don't want to throw off the curve for the regulars. But on the other hand, if I could get that one skinny white spinner that doesn't do VIP to consent to one, I hate to say it guys, but I would blow the curve right off the bat to have a crack at her.
