    MJX’s Strip Club Theory - Part 2
The managers keeping their best dancers in line and not wanting them to have too much power at the club was very interesting. Small minded people with small dicks think this way. Unfortunately I think you described most owners and managers to the core. Good managers want their employees to exceed expectations and want to reward them!

Good article, it was interesting and gets a guy thinking. I disagree with you a little but on the impact of favorites. Your numbers might be more accurate for certain clubs on say a weekend, but a lot of these clubs might be different during the week and/or during the day. The girls wouldn't work without regulars at my clubs. When you set up time with a girl, oftentimes she has at least one or sometimes 2 regulars she has to entertain at the same time. Certain dancers get upwards of 50% of their money from regulars it seems. I guess it depends on what you mean by regular. During the day, at my favorite clubs I would say half of us are regulars. Even at 1 in 10, you calculated the regular was worth about half the revenue. In my area it may be more than 1 in 10. Even if you don't agree, 2 or 3 regulars out of 100 with your numbers is more than 20% of the revenue though. That is huge. Who on here wouldn't be thrilled with a. 20% raise! Good article. Wish dudes like you (seemingly with a lot of common sense) would run some clubs around me. All we have are greedy managers with no business savy!

Know what you want: A warning to other PLs.
Excellent article. Again, I'm a Papi fan today if I can paraphrase and state that getting head from strippers for years and years might be more fun than leaving an extra $225,000 to your kids. Yes, I said extra!

    Earn Respect by Giving Respect
I agree with you Papi. This story has a nice moral to it, but seems fictional. Why tip staff $40 or more unless you are getting something in return. Give the waitress a couple extra bucks for drinks yeah, but who cares about the doorman unless I need extras in the VIP and he can help me?

Trixxi, I usually enjoy your articles and really like your wit and point of view but this article is out there. I thought you were kidding, and I was waiting for the punch line. You are normally right on track! Did North Korea hack your account and write this? You are usually down to earth and give great advice.
