Dope review, I may go just to check out this Cuban. But yeah as Papi Chulo said, if you like Latina’s make sure to check out a vivide and/or Diamond’s day shift.

@Garfield - that has not been my experience. Diamond is a lot more chill than Vivide (I have never seen anyone make it rain in there). I usually go day shift around 2/230 and most of the Cubans are already there and out on the floor. Very high mileage dances and VIP available for all of them. 2-5pm Tues-Friday is great timing to go.

Not to pile on, but I am not hopefully for Pin Ups, that area around Ponce is changing and the price point ($5 LDs) doesn’t seem to be attracting top tier talent, let alone some of the rule changes. I Hope I am wrong, maybe time to hit Strokers again.

Good intel and review. Night shift usually does me well, but day shift for me has been mostly a miss. I’ll keep hope alive for PinUps!

@raja - depending on what day of the week you go, 3pm should be good timing. A lot of the girls arrive around 1/2 pm. Thursday and Friday at 3pm you’ll probably see at least 20 girls. There is a small bar in Vivide with maybe 5-6 high top chairs. I’m not a fan of the bar seating but they do have that option. I have never seen food ordered here, so sorry I can’t say whether or not they have a kitchen.

So I heard from a former Platinum dancer is she’s heard Platinum will be back open in November. Not sure how accurate that info is, but she heard there was a liquor license issue, and the owners used that time to renovate. I know the license issue was reported months ago. We’ll see if this is true or not.

I went early afternoon yesterday Friday 10/114, and this review pretty much sums up my experience. The Cubans have come and set up a pipeline. I got a couple dances from 3 or 4 of them. Good mileage on all, Some better mileage then others, all pushing VIP. I also had one Dominican from out of town, she was good. But apparently she was just visiting. I only saw 3 AA girls, 2 were very slim and only 1 WG out of about 20 total.

@hamster - agreed. Huge spot with lots of potential but, it’s just not as good as It could be.

@Oliver - No, I was just told $40/song by both dancers. I’m sure there’s a house fee in there somewhere, but I don’t recall if the girl told me or not. I didn’t do topless dances, just nude dances (one was in the room Behind the bar), so not sure if those are more than $20, sorry.

I’m surprised the Cubans are acting brand new at Vivide. Maybe that will change soon once they get used to It.

Heard from a reliable source that Diamond will be closing soon. I believe Diamond and Platinum both have the same owner, so maybe they are moving on from the industry. Y’all correct me if that’s wrong. The ATL Strip club scene is not looking good gents.

@PC - it is odd, but this is what I was told by the African honey: A LD on the floor is $10/song, but there’s no touching on the floor. In order to go to VIP you have to upgrade to topless at least, and that’s $20/song. To request fully nude LDs (In VIP) it’s $40/song. Odd pricing structure for sure lots of upgrades not advertised.

Thanks for posting, but bro I hope you learned your lesson about pre-paying. NEVER pre-pay for lap dances, if you want tell the girl how many dances you want up front, or just keep a track of the songs as best you can and tell them when to stop.

Just heard from a reliable source that Platinum will be closed for at least 3 months. The reason for the closure was still unknown.

There were some Platinum free agents working at Diamond as of last week 7/11.

Damn, good intel on this review. I will have to hit up my Cuban novias to see where they are now working. I do feel like Platinum is always randomly closed, so I wonder if this is a short term close or a long-term/permanent closure.

Glad you had a good time! Paola is a really nice girl, but she wouldn’t be my first choice for a dance or VIP. I think she’s lost her enthusiasm with the job. She’s no where near how she was during the Follie’s days. Very mechanical.

@Rick - 5-7 should be good timing. A lot of the dayshift girls arrive around 2-3 on weekdays. I’m not sure when exactly the day/mid shift changes, but you’ll have adequate selection if you get there around 5. Platinum is a good spot to get your club bearings back as I’ve never seen It packed during the day, so you can chill if you want and grab a drink and relax or get right down to business and find a seat or a dancer with ease.

If you don’t mind a short brisk walk…there’s alternative parking spots with about a 5-8 mins walk.

Glad I wasn’t the only one that noticed the quality of dancers is waaay down here.

What are some good days and times to hit dayshift at Vivide? I went on a Thursday around 230p and was greatly disappointed.
