Sounds more like the Sands. Cover change includes a drink and dancers on stage every 15 minutes. The only thing not Sands related is the dance prices of $30

I always go with the flat fee upfront. Tell the dancer what you want and what you will pay. If they don't like it, there are plenty of other dancers who will take you up on the offer.
