Breast implants are complicated by the formation of a hard capsule of scar tissue surrounding the implant, in 5% of cases. They feel really hard and are often misshaped.
In general, even good boob jobs feel like balloons, if the girl didn't have much to start with. I think they can be often very natural feeling if the girl already had a decent sized breast to begin with, and are especially helpful after breastfeeding, which can really deflate the previously perky ones...

The most common risk is catching herpes. Oral herpes, aka cold sores, was in the past primarily herpes simplex virus type I. Genital herpes used to primarily be HSV type II. With the popularity of oral sex, both types I and II are found in the mouth and in the genitals. Type I is less painful, less frequent, and usually a single ulcer. Type II is more painful, more frequent attacks, and multiple ulcers. Although less contagious if no current ulcers, the virus can be transmitted even when no sores are there! 20% of people have genital herpes, and half of them don't even know it

I have never paid for conversation itself, but I do insist on conversation for 5-10 minutes before I will pay for dances. First, I don't want dances from unlikable girls, and this gives me a chance to get to know them. Second, this limits the hustle factor, because the hustlers generally will move on right away; fine with me. Third, I want the illusion that the girl dancing on my lap actually has a connection with me, however brief, that we sort of know each other a bit; it's all about the fantasy, right? Fourth, without conversation, grabbing a dance with every cute girl that comes by will burn a hole in my wallet pronto! So I guess I would say that I go both for the conversaton and for the dances.

Thanks for writing. I like hearing the strippers' points of view. I think some of the guys were a bit harsh with you, so I hope you'll keep contributing to the discussions. Interesting thread....
