Yes, Tootsies has become a huge tourist trap or hangout for Ballers that have too much disposable income. Therefor many dancers won't even do lap dances. They wait around for the WHALE to come in and spend $1000 on them.
I'll go during the day when i can get them down to 250-350. There are a few during the day that ask for $500. Granted it is for 30 minutes. But I only need 8-12 minutes to accomplish my mission :))

Most dancers now want $20 for a floor dance. Especially night time. There is the occasionally day time dancer that will do $10 for a floor dance and it's 50/50 that it could be fully nude. It's a preview for the back. They won't get you off at your table... What a bummer :))

Please give us your definition of good contact. PP is known for NO contact floor dances. You might get a few to back up into you at your bar seat. Typically you can't touch them at all on the floor and some have even denied me touching in VIP. Of course I've had an occasional great contact dance in VIP but they have to be sneaky.

I’ve probably done 3 dozen VIP’s here within the last 15 years. I’d say I popped every time except for one. I also believe you only get 12 minutes, but during the day the door guy will not bust your balls.

Someone write Cassandra was amazing. I gave her a one dance spin. She wouldn’t get nude and said she charges $200 for VIP with no indication it would be fun. Her 2 minute topless lap dance sucked. I left after that. I’d say this place has declined dramatically since Covid.
