I had fun

I was bored, lonely, and decided to visit this place because it was in the area.

It’s weirdly difficult to find, being behind a parking garage and not where a GPS would say it is, but its website is helpful.

The place is deliberately set up to resemble a speakeasy, set in the basement of a building and having a ‘stage’ that’s just a roped-off section of the floor. It’s kind of cramped, but nice-looking.

As soon as I sat down, a girl called ‘Callie’ came up to me and we had a conversation about the nearby small towns before I agreed to a ten-minute dance. The rooms upstairs charge $100 for ten minutes, which I thought sounded steep but I’m no expert, but then it turned into an hour-long dance because Callie was just a lot of fun, aggressive, flirty, and knowing how to stroke the ego.

She created the impression that she was genuinely attracted to me, which I know was about getting more money from me but was really nice after the week I’d had.
