Phoenix, AZ

Something old, something new

I hadn’t been to HL in several months, and finally had a free day to get re-acquainted. I came in very early after opening and took a seat on the wall. There was…

Friday Afternoon and Evening Encounters

★★★★★★★★★★8.3/10

I hesitated about whether to write a new Bourbon review, as the club has been reviewed a lot lately, but my recent visit encountered a couple of new situations that I deemed worthy to pass…

Dayshift Fun at Curves

★★★★★★★★★6.7/10

I’ve been avoiding Curves since they raised their VIP dance price to $35/song, but I have a few favorites there that I like to stay connected with so that draws me in once every few…

Hall Pass Visits to Bourbon Street

★★★★★★★★★★8.3/10

The Candy Store is in way north Phoenix, at least 15 miles from my usual haunts, and not a place I would go without good reason. However, in Richard Head's review of this club…

★★★★★★★★6.0/10

I am a semi-regular at Curves, but decided on a whim today to stop into Raider's Reef on Tucson's east side. I was kinda hoping to run into a dancer that I've seen at Curves,…

Curves - Take Your Own Temperature!

★★★★★★★★★8.0/10

Went into Curves-Tucson at lunchtime. The doorman proudly told me that everyone that steps foot inside gets their temperature checked, including the owner. He checked my forehead, and his little infrared reader said…
