With many places now going back to more normal hours, does anyone know if Carnival will go back to having girls there til midnight?

It’s a Saturday at 7pm and the booths were dark. Did I miss the memo? Did they change hours?

Stopped by for a few minutes on way home. Three of the four girls working were new! Are we finally seeing some new energy or did I go on a good day???

Amber works at a legal and licensed establishment that does state mandated HIV and STD testing. As if carnival could ever afford to do that; all the girls would be fired.
