Between the spas (which I haven't done yet) and all those crazy high mileage strip clubs, might be the best area to monger in North America especially if you like white girls, Latinas maybe you'd say another a place. It should be a blast man.

Yeah that's right and that conversion you could really go wild here. All the Mississauga clubs are high mileage. Around the airport they are. Also check out Whiskey A go go north of the city, another high mileage spot. At WORST any of the clubs in Ontario cheap lap dances with plenty of contact, like 20 CAD a song. So like 11 pound.
Talent took a complete 180 nose dive. Maybe all the hot strippers went to America for World Cup action? Best place was New Locomotion. Whiskey was not great. Cafe Atlantis was awful. Million Dollar was fucking terrible and was rated lower this time around (by me) which was difficult because it's awful to begin with. The other airport clubs are gone. The airport club (or whatever that has airport in its name) is a nice club, but girls are hard 6s at best, which is what I would rate Toronto as a whole this past 2 1/2 weeks.
Spas on the other hand, are where the action is. While you can't get a lap dance, you can get a line-up. If you're not looking for extras, then spas aren't the right option.
Hey @londonguy - You're gonna have a blast. I just returned from 7 days and am already planning my next trip. I agree with @chiefwiggum. While the SCs are good, the real quality and value sit with the escorts and erotic massage spas (as opposed to the HJ-only places, like Allure). My hands-down favorite spa is Premier (premierspas.com).
The luxurious interiors of the spas and rooms is head-&-shoulders above the rest, plus most of the girls are 8+. I tried all three locations. Generally, HJ and CBJ/BBBJ (depending on the girl) are standard for the $220CAD/40min session (~$160USD), with many offering a $60CAD/$40USD "upgrade" for CFS. Premier is the only erotic spa I'd go to now, and their newest and best (called Sensa Spa) is near the airport.
Also, as you say - you can't go wrong with the escorts. I tend to use the in-call agencies, like Top Drawer and Discreet Dolls. But other PLs I know like Hush and Hot Pink List. Much to explore. Looking forward to your report.

Like with VIP girls anywhere, some erotic massage spa girls are more open to an immersive experience than others. However, all of my sessions were good, compared to most places around the US, but not always top tier like you're referring to.
I generally went with the girl I selected either online or from a in the lineup. It was mostly a vibe kind of thing, so I never asked specific questions (which is more my style). However, just like with VIPs in the US, I think it's certainly permissible to inquire.

@londonguy At the clubs, stick shifting is going to cost you. It might be as little as "you better tip me." It could be as high as $50 CAD.
FS ITC is going to be $600. That's the starting price. Any time I heard that, I just laughed it off. It's not worth negotiating because that's way too high. Escorts are as cheap as $190 for 30 minutes, but mostly are plain. Spa girls are hotter, but you're looking at least $220 and more mechanical service.

@Jacks4thson - I think Toronto is a big draw. Particularly for the erotic massage spas and escorts. Extremely reasonable prices for startlingly beautiful women. There are many homegrown Canadian GNDs, as well, which is refreshing. However, plenty of various ethnicities are also there, depending on your interest.
And for those who are seeking strip clubs, they're not bad. However, they're not the reason I go. I tend to like clubs in Atlanta and SFL better. Still, they can be a great way to spend an evening after getting your freak on at a spa or with an escort earlier in the day.
Love Toronto, I am still going every year. The strip clubs are not great just OK. The ones in Mississauga are high mileage but it's all covered, even a handshake. Multiple girls I spoke with at two locations would not relent on the CHJ. Of course, I did not go for such nonsense. They have the same owner/management I believe.
I second everything @Rod84 wrote. I only visit the clubs for some downtime to chill between visiting a spa or escort, which is where TO shines. Premier is indeed the top, reputable chain for high mileage spa action. The new location Sensa is possibly the most upscale and opulent erotic spa in North America. For lower mileage spa options, Allure and Flirt are recommended. Allure is in Mississauga and a convenient option for late-night relief after clubbing. Schedules can fill up so best to make appointments at all these places. Vivid is not well-reviewed so I would be cautious on that one.
