As someone who has been in strip clubs several hundred times and who has had multiple regulars, I have seen the biggest early career ender being excessive weight gain. Number two would be a drug problem. Is that what you have seen? While some customers go for the heavier strippers, most prefer more slender ones. I ran into an old favorite from Harem House in Indianapolis at Dancers on the other side of town recently and she said many customers now tell her she is too big for them and it is hurting her income. I would guess she has added thirty to forty pounds. How much weight gain is too much? Also, have you seen strippers get back down to a normal weight again and extend their career?

I think if your in any city with a good sized non white population, tbe weighty gain factor has no relevance anymore unless you mean girls becoming extremely obese which is rare.
Black, latino, Arab, even Indian, Asian and younger white guys all like thicker and fatter ladies nowadays.
If a dancer is quitting in one of the major cities like NYC, Miami, LA, Boston, DC, Seattle, Baltimore, Atlanta, multiple cities in CA and Texas, I believe the most common reason would be a boyfriend a husband who wants them to quit, and probably after that drug usage
doc. i agree with you. rarely does a girl that i’m attracted to actually look better with weight gain later. although there SOME who have looked even better … but just a few.
same can be said with other changes. tattoos, piercings, ass enhancements, bad boob jobs.
as to boob jobs… IMO most are a nice improvement. but some are a degrade.
some of the girls are offended that i don’t take them up again. if they lose their appeal… sorry. i’m not into continuing loyalty if conditions degrade or i am no longer attracted. i don’t continue to do dances because of undying love. and maybe there’s just another girl that has caught my attention at that moment. this ain’t marriage.
Wrt weight gain: For me, anything more than 10-15% above normal weight for height/build would knock her out of my rotation. OP example would be ~ 25-50% heavy for most dancers. As some posters have mentioned, other factors can be at play for dancers hanging up their heels, or becoming less attractive to regulars. Things like aging, getting too many tats/piercings, or a gawdawful boob job or butt lift.
WRT weight gain, I don't think that ends careers so much as it makes them work in lesser clubs. Aging does more or less the same thing.
Weight gain with aging is certainly one of the top 3 reasons I’ve seen. I’d also say that about one of three dancers bounce back to a better weight in my experience. A 15 pound weight gain on a spinner has me shifting my spending elsewhere in that club or taking my money to another club.
Women lose attractiveness past 30 it's as simple as that. Whereas for men, it's usually early 40's or so.
@sfrsox not true. Although, it seems all chicas start developing under eye circles after late 20s- but the body is entirely different.
Also not true for men physically- the reason men are “attractive” even in their 40s is because they have more status and wealth, generally, which is attractive to women. It doesnt mean guys in their 40s look the physically most attractive, lol.
@sfrsox, I don't know about that necessarily. Some women gain confidence as the age, and that can really boost their appeal. Look at Selena Gomez and Mandy Moore. Sure they were cute when they were teenagers, but now that they've got some age and experience behind them, they're starting to look fantastic.
@PhantomGeek that doesnt make sense. Confidence and experience are mental traits not physical attraction.
The OP is talking about physical attraction. That means guys in their 40s, or women in their 40s, are irrelevant
@PhantomGeek 100000% disagree with on Selena Gomez. She was much hotter younger.
@sfrsox not true. Aging is largely based on genetic factors and how you take care of yourself, lifestyle etc. Some people can look great well into their 50s. I know people who look like crap at 32.
@sfrsox Guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.
@SquareCastle thats more of the physique. Girls in their 30s who drink and smoke will still look younger than ladies in their 50s. If a 50+ lady looks that young its likely because of surgeries.
@sfrsox I agree. Selema Gomez was much hotter in "Spring Breakers" when she was younger.
I would advise these girls not to do drugs or alcohol, or smoke cigarettes. That stuff just ages you like crazy. Then the money dries up.
Many quit dancing once their school is done. They do dancing to cover tuition fee. If a dancer gains weight of 20 to 30 pounds how can she give good lap dances?
@Darkblue999 most were not in school mi friend
@rickthehick I know several who did dancing while going to school. They quit after schooling is done. Business major Clinical major Pre law major Nursing major Psychology major
Stripping was never a career. It's simply a young girls game where they can make some easy cash for basically doing very little a couple of days a week. That's it; nothing more. Those that try to make stripping a career quickly become jaded and move on. And those that hang on after they age out are at clubs turning tricks while pretending to be strippers.
@WiseToo not true mi friend. Nowadays there are more younger guys into older 40+ women than ever before.
There are also pornstars and other escorts who are still making good money even in their 40s and 50s.
Also, thick girls are popular, and a lot of guys are okay with fatter women nowadays.
So stripping can certainly be a career and i suspect well see a lot more women be able to successfully strip in their 40s and on
