Hey guys, I wanted to hear if anyone had a simmiar situation at work and how did things turn out.
A few weeks ago one of my old departments brought on a summer intern. She is 21yo, a 7.5 -8 in face and about same in body. She grew up in the same neightboorhood as I. We also share the same ethnic and religious background. There are no family or friend connections. (I checked).
However, there are ~7 layers of management, both latteraly and vertically, (Mostly lateraly) between me and the intern.
I spoke with her a few times, and there is some chemistry and correct amount of tention... Honesly, i just want a FWB situation for a few months. She is going back to school out of state at the end of the summer.
Has anyone been in a simmilar situation and how did it turn out?

My Dad was a personnel manager when I was a kid. Rule #1 - do not fuck anyone at work. Pounded into my head my whole life. Off limits, just like women who my friends dated.
Eh, worst that could happen is your company gets sued you get fired and it’s public record for all future employers. Def not if she was a 6, but 7-8? Go for it.

If all u wanted is fwb then I feel it’s inappropriate and not worth it. If you felt a potential long term real connection then go for it
Happened to me a few times with a co-worker that I wanted fwb with. But it seemed like they either weren't interested period, or only in something serious. So fwob aka friendzone.
I would have to agree with SkiBum's dad. You just do not want something to jeopardize your career for some side action. That is what strip club VIPs are for.
It made no difference to me if someone was a co-worker, as I don't get at all pesky with women. I always took a pass on the ones who actually wanted some peskiness, they fall into the cost you more than a sex worker category. Contrary to manosphere paranoia, you need some amount of peskiness to get into any real trouble.

I remember there was this scene in Hall Pass with Owen Wilson and Jason Sudeikis where they're talking about who they should screw first with their Hall Pass, and they both decided on one thing.

You're asking for trouble. I can think of a hundred ways in which this will end badly for you. If you want a young, pretty woman to pay attention to you, go to a strip club.

As someone who's worked in corporate America for 40 years, I've seen quite a few work relationships like that crash and burn, and in a couple of cases, cost the company a relatively large sum. So I agree with skibum. Don't even try.
I doubt a college intern would be interested in an uneducated porter like yourself. Did you fail out of sixth grade? Your spelling, this post and historically, is atrocious. Combine the lack of basic education with the retarded logic that you should try to seduce an intern and you clearly should castrate yourself. You are too inbred for the shallowest of gene pools.
Risks outweigh benefits by pretty large margin. I agree with others that it’s not worth it. If you do go for it I would advise against taking her to a Coldplay concert
Absolutely not. And you’re a creep for even thinking about it. If a 21 year male intern wants to fuck the 21 year old female intern, that’s OK. Maybe even expected. But interns are absolutely off limits to older career employees. That’s just gross. What’s wrong with people? Isn’t there a 40 yr old accountant or marketing lady you can fuck?If you’re lucky you’ll just get fired.

Knew a guy about 20 years ago that was 50 and married. Took the 18-year-old office assistant to lunch every day. He parked as far away from the building as possible and his van never left the parking lot. He found out she was fucking 2 other employees besides him. He tried firing her. She went to his boss. He got fired. They paid her $50K to go away. That was 2 years of pay.
Had another intern that offered to be my traveling assistant when I went on trips. Made it clear she would be "very appreciative" to travel to Europe. I was young and stupid. I passed.
And let me add one more ingredient to the stew. So, it starts off very well, a connection is established, but then, it goes south and you break up. Then she decides to complain to HR... The best that can happen now is an unending series of interviews followed by a note in your record and a warning. At the worst, discharge and a cloud that will follow you to every potential employer. I watched it happen to a guy who started the same day as I did. That was 50 years ago and the odds for you have definitely improved since then. It was particularly bad because the idiot was married. I can't imagine the awkward conversation with his wife when he had to explain why he was suddenly fired 😖
This thread illustrates a key thing about relationship advice. If someone's personality is a bucket of ugliness, they generally think that relationships are inherently ugly.
Certainly you should do what one should always do, be careful not to show your interest in her in a way that would make her uncomfortable. If she is much younger, you're out of luck unless she's pretty outgoing. You'll need stronger signals from her, since the age difference may be an automatic creep out for her. If somebody feels like they can't date at work, that seems like a problem with not knowing how to be nice and recognize niceness in others.

Yes, thank you for the 25+ comments of warning against doing anything stupid. Kinda needed the kick in the ass to snap out of it. I’ve decided against doing it.
This whole experience is a bit different for me. I’ve had tons of instances where I worked with 8 to 10s and have on several occasions turned down frank offers for sex. All of these were either direct co-workers, supervisors, or direct reports. I knew it was a terrible idea to get involved.
This situation, because she is far removed from my team, and reporting structure, kinda clouded my judgement. It doesn’t help that I don’t have as much free time or freedom of movement to go to clubs these days…

Why risk your income over a women, when there’s numerous ways to get laid with a hot girl. You’re literally on TUSCL, you should know you can just go to a strip club if you want a hot girl to get you off. Do risk your income.
Seems all are in agreement on this...no stronger signal to stay away than this. It's similar to a "don't fuck your housekeeper" discussion several months ago.
