Jump to latestThe song by the Divinyls is "I Touch Myself", which I have heard in a strip club. I remember it on one of my recent trips to King of Diamonds in the Twin Cities suburbs.
I definitively remember the one time I heard Fat Bottomed Girls in a strip club, as it was a fat girl (had to be 300+ pounds) who did that one.

Pretty Young Thing, Michael Jackson.

Touch Me - youtube.com
Former porn star Andrea True youtube.com
Kool & The Gang "Summer Madness" youtube.com
The Lords of Acid, "The Most Wonderful Girl", and "Pussy". Maybe play Pussy first, then go with The most wonderful girl after she gets naked.
I have heard the Samantha Fox "Touch Me" in clubs. The "Detachable Penis" song to me is the most strip clubbish song ever. I heard that first in Las Vegas in 2000. Another good one was the Blood Hound Gang "A Lap Dance is so much better when the Stripper is Cryin".
Jerry Lee Lewis, "Whole Lotta Shakin' Going On" Great song for stage dancing. I once suggested it at RI Dolls to a dancer from Louisiana, the birth place of Jerry Lee Lewis. Her response, "I can't; I don't know that song."
Bloodhound Gang also has The Bad Touch and Foxtrot Uniform Charlie Kilo.
I have also heard Samantha Fox's I Wanna Have Some Fun in clubs. She was a Page 3 girl, a British newspaper tradition that has apparently been eliminated.
Damn, Andrea True was a total butterface. She did porn?
^ She Did Porn, yup.
The Honky Tonk Badonkadonk...
While we all are thinking it’s a crime these songs aren’t played frequently in clubs (which is accurate). I guess in reality we are just showing our age. I’m guessing 90% or more of the songs listed above were made before 90% or more of most strippers in any random club were even born. The majority of the songs listed were made before 2000 and the majority of strippers in a club today are probably born after 2000. Heck most songs were made before a good chunk of strip club DJs were even born because most of these songs were made before the 90s.
Most people don’t think music that came out 4 decades before they were even born is cool and that is exactly what 60s music would be for a 25 year old today. It would be like me listening to music made in the 30s since I was born in the late 70s.
I used to go into a strip club and rarely leave without hearing Motley Crue “girls girls girls.” Today, I can’t tell you the last time I heard that song. I think it’s been years.
^ Good point about music over generational preference.

I have always been fascinated by everything that has happened in the past. The idea that all that is at our fingertips nd young people don't care proves just how ignorant this country has become.
I always thought that song was called “Flat Bottom Girls”, but if you enjoy a little meat on the bones I guess that’s your preference.
Bacon!
Nah. I used to visit a strip club that had 'Old School Wednesdays' or 'Old School Thursdays' dude had actual turn tables, of course, and proceeded to play the craziest normal songs all night long. It was my favorite night. I remember walking in and he's playing "Candy Girl" by New Edition and dudes are getting lapdances.
So I feel like I've heard all the old school normal songs in a stripclubs. Even in the 2020s, now. At one of the stripclubs I go to, dude will do a quickie oldschool mix, to encourage dudes to tip the ladies. He'll warn: if you don't tip, I'll keep playing oldies like this...and play Tevin Campbell lol Can We Talk
Sexual Healing - Marvin Gaye Never hear that
Songs you do hear but not enough: Rio Duran Duran and You Shook me All night long - AC/DC
Important to keep you motor clean . . .

I've heard "Touch Me" and "7 Nation Army" played in clubs, but that was a while ago.
I have heard "7 Nation Army" on a recent trip to a club, but one from the White Stripes I wish they played is "Ball and Biscuit".
My Sharona - The Knack. The song is about the dude's cock.
I don't want to hear about cocks at a club (unless my own is getting complimented)
Bolero - Ravel
Love mr orange, mogul, and shadowcat choices for my club visits. Donna Summer 15-minute version for VIP session.
Baby One More Time - Britney Spears
Interesting conversations overhead in 1979 while moving furniture in the summer in Roxbury MA.. My friend and driver Ray said to the shippers: Wow you two must really love Donna Summer a lot. I have never seen so many pictures of one person in a house. The shipppers: you're right. We lover her more than life itself because she is our daughter.
Feelin Love by Paula Cole. My ATF sexy song! Used to hear it in clubs from time to time, but not for many years. Second vote - Pink by Aerosmith. Also agree with the suggestion from WOODDR2 - ILBT by Joe Walsh!
My Sharona was the first song I ever heard in a strip club.

Love to Love You... one version of that song is about 15 minutes long. Perfect for a strip club!
