Oh, I was warned about it when I 1st joined/started posting here. But with a marriage I'd never want to fuck up, and my relative poverty combined, I have self imposed limits on how much I can spend (yearly) and how far my mileage can go. And discussed such with my wife. So, I'm good Go feel some premium titties every couple months and marvel at the variety thereof. Then return to real life. With a bit of daydreaming about Heaven's boobs, buns,and belly. 🙂

Literally every day. Many in Dallas (especially at BDD) go everyday. It’s a lifestyle. It’s the life I choose. Best possible.

Take a break and pick up other hobbies. This is what I do. Sometimes I’ll go to a MP.

I've been to meetings for Sex addiction and what I realized from them was those attending were much more fucked up than me , lol

I used to think twice a month was a lot. Now it's two or three times a week. Recently in Florida, it was daily.

I agree with @Ilovehotwhitestrippers. I saw many daily PLs. Some just came for an hour or so to eat the free lunch, drink a beer, and flirt with the bartender.

I found it all pretty agreeable.

I go to strip clubs. My wife knows this. I know that she knows, but make believe that I don't go. She makes believe that she believes that I don't go, but knows that I go. Everybody knows.

For me, going twice a week for five years was not too much. Then I felt like it was getting a little boring and repetitive combined with the quality of the girls in the local strip clubs dropping after they reopened following the Covid epidemic. I dropped down to one visit a week, then one visit every other week, then one visit every three weeks.

Do people OD on going to gym? Do people OD on shopping? It's like any other activity...we use it to entertain ourselves....it just happens to be something frowned upon by society, and a bit more expensive.

If it makes you feel bad about yourself then go do something else for awhile. I don’t think PLs on this forum are necessarily addicted to strip clubs, but we happen to like talking about it with like-minded individuals, and it not something you want to talk about with friends, family, or coworkers.
