The West Coast (mostly Orange County, California and Oregon and Washington) seems to have a number of coffee shops that feature bikini clad or nude servers.
Three questions:
They are okay.
There is one between Baltimore and Annapolis. I've been a few times when passing nearby.
I can't see them hurting the strip club business. See above comment. They may enhance it a bit though. At least at a few clubs. Some of the bikini baristas at Kiss Espresso also dance. So it might draw some coffee customers to the club. And vice versa.
Some of the Vietnamese coffee shops in California are more that drive throughs. They have nude waitresses serving coffee and offering lap dances to the customers. But I agree that the drive through business model is pretty lame.
@electronman a lot of those coffee shop ladies do online porn or also meetups p4p. Plus they are still some eye candy. Strip clubs have value in that you can spend a smaller amount, say $30-$40 and still get a dance or two and get to touch everything
How much English do the women speak?
I typically just get a bottle of water if anything. It's hard enough to open a strip club without also having to get a liquor license. But it does seem like club that are banking from booze sales are less interested in taking money from the lap dancers.
Geez, steve3000, don't leave us Delmarva guys hanging! Where is this mythical coffee shop? I make the trek from Annapolis to Baltimore fairly often in the summertime.

^ You're welcome. I first learned of the coffee place while at a strip club. The Millstream Inn, near Baltimore. The shop owner was dancing at the time and had just started the coffee shop. Specifically, it's a drive-through trailer setup.
I think she is full-time coffee now. But some of the other baristas are dancers. I can't say it is a must-visit place. But if you are nearby, want a coffee, and are in the mood to chat a bit with a bikini-clad server, it's a pleasant stop.
The west coast coffee shop is a drink-in establishment not a drive thru (@ilovehotwhitestrippers) @Trapdoor would be the real expert in this area.

Steve is spot on with the kiss espresso/millstream connection. Never been to kiss and don't plan on it, but there is a girl who is super cute that doesn't seem to strip or do OF. Not sure how much can realistically expect to make from these places in tips on $5 coffee
Fun novelty concept, but doesn’t do anything for me.
At least at breastaurants you can dine/drink inside and ogle at these sluts teasing in their ass in thongs. These hoes, you see em for a quick second while you get your coffee, and off you go. Pointless.

But nothing more, in my experience. Friendly and flirty banter? Yes. Nudity and/or contact? Nope.

I enjoy the coffee shops in Orange County CA if the girl is cute. I have not experienced the offering of extras in my visits in the last dozen years. Maybe I’m just too old and ugly.

I don’t see the point of these. They are drive through, so you literally see the girl when you pay and get the coffee and then leave. Pointless. At least be dine in so we can get a more extended view.
