I’m planning to be in TJ, arriving February 7 and leaving on the 11th - Super Bowl weekend. Was hoping my Chicago Bears would be playing in it, but alas not meant to be thanks to the Rams. Oh well, I’ll still plan on having a good time.

Is it just my impression, or has inflation hit TJ? Prices have substantially increased after the pandemic; even for the street workers. Perhaps I have been focusing too much on HKC? The dollar does not seem to go as far as in the past.

There is a possibility I might come down and check in on the ninth and stay at least Monday night and Tuesday night maybe Wednesday night. Since my HK VIP card expires on the 10th it’ll be my last chance to enjoy the 70% discount unless I buy yet another VIP card which I will do eventually anyway.
