Yeah that was a first for me to read of anyone getting a stamp in their passport book. I have used a passport card for a while now so I wouldn't have known until reading this.
Heck until a few years ago before they placed a guy to check every ID upon entry, I would just walk though the Mexican citizens line like I belonged and never got turned back...lol. That isn't possible now as the guy there looks at each one and does turn non citizens back.
