Dancers who change clubs

Over the years I have not several dancers who we have worked at multiple clubs in the same area; although not at the same time. This seems to happen for various reasons.

  1. A dancer gets in trouble at one club so the owner/manager has her temporarily relocate to another of their clubs. I don’t see this happening much anymore.

  2. Drama between dancers results in at least one party eventually leaving for a place she hoped to drama free.

  3. New club blatantly recruits.

  4. Dancer gets fired so it goes to work somewhere else.

  5. The club she was working at closes.

Maybe there are other reasons. I know during the pandemic as clubs in my region had different reopening dates, identity might go to one club and work until her home club reopened.

But I’m curious, does it impact your thoughts on the dancer if she has worked at 3 or more different clubs in the region? If one of your favorites moves to a new location, do you follow?

Not really. I saw my old favorite Lilly at 6 different clubs through the years. She was basically the same at all of them. It would have been easier if she had stuck to the one extras club I saw her at, though. But you gotta remember some of their drama is with management. My original favorite AA dancer, Satin, was similar.

🔺 Wouldn't bother me, they need more money, sometimes more clientele, hours & extras is available more at their other strip clubs. If they work in small strip clubs, it's really good to have more than 1 clientele coz some sc's be closing. Some dancers may not perform social media for money, so they need more than 1 club. Dj's, music, good food & atmosphere variety is factors as well. It's pretty common for strippers at more than one club.

I think most of them move around trying to find one where they can make more money.

I have had several regulars who worked at multiple clubs. In my particular case, some of my regulars did not like working in clubs where they had to compete with the extras girls and moved to local clubs with stricter rules.

I actually like that they do this. I’ve noticed a lot of Dreamgirls at ricks have gone to Pandoras. But they still work at ricks sometimes. I’ve never wanted to go to ricks due to the reviews but the girls have been great at pandoras, haven’t got a ViP yet though

Since that happens I see some pandoras girls now going to kittens for what it’s worth. (I mention these experiences as I think your in the PNW)

From some girls they were saying it’s slower/more locals/regulars that don’t spend as well. Etc.

One benefit of dancing is the ability to have flexibility and variety. Also, some clubs may be best on certain days/times than others. So, a dancer can maximize her earnings by going to the club where she can make the most money at the time. I've known girls who jump between clubs even during the same week, and others who work at one club for a few months, then jump to another club for awhile, then end up back at the first club.

While I imagine there may be clubs that expect exclusivity, most don't care, as long as you are reliable. For some clubs, reliability isn't even an issue, as some clubs allow girls to come and go as they please, as long as they pay the house fee.

Dancers, from what I am told, usually change clubs because they are the "new girl" in the new club and mystery is attractive to PLs.
