Aformer exotic dancer from Las Vegas has filed a motion to dismiss after an Arkansas businessman sued her, claiming that she conspired to “defraud him out of millions of dollars” during a decade-long relationship.
Dumb as this lawsuit is, it's not as dumb as the suggested "misrepresentation" lawsuit somebody recommended to the guy who unknowingly had a one-off LD with a TS woman. No way of knowing what got up the Arkansas gentleman's ass, but he has to know there's no money in this case. Lawsuits like this get on national platforms like MSN because they make the plaintiff, who is bringing all this publicity on himself, look ridiculous. It'll soon get picked up by Above the Law, and a hundred thousand or so lawyers will learn what doofuses both the plaintiff and his lawyer are
Simply adorable when graduates of the Cliff Clavin School of Law try to string together “legal-sounding” terms , as if anybody is going to believe what they’re talking about.
A good start would be to get the acronyms right.

Sounds frivolous but I’ll wait for our legal expert @skibum609 to weigh in.
