I used to work here and haven't been back in like 2 years. I considered showing up to re-audition tonight so I can become a regular FC girl again.
I considered doing my hair and makeup and showing up to audition. My intuition told me to call ahead of time though. I am so glad I didn't spend hours getting ready and then show up to audition just be told to go back home.
Apparently auditions at FC are now done through the Pole Position app. I signed up with the app and was told I would hear back within 12 hours. And an in-person audition would be set up through the app.
I'm basically just sharing in case anybody is wondering why they haven't been seeing a lot of new talent at FC. It's because the corporation that now owns and runs it makes it a pain in the ass to audition.

last commentA number of clubs are widely known for high mileage private dances (and sometimes more). I'm curious as to how those unwritten expectations are conveyed to potential dancers during the hiring process.

Flight Club changed ownership a while back and they have been making some subtle changes. I think they're trying to make the club a bit more mainstream like the other clubs they own, and move it away from the reputation it has for being an extras club. I know the last few months when I stop in the vibe is just off, the dancers don't seem to be enjoying life and I've seen a few new bartenders.
