In non-extras situations, if the girl is down with it, I enjoy finishing via Russian. Most girls are prepared with clean-up supplies. One fave never was and I got in the habit of bringing along paper towels and packaged wet wipes. She was appreciative, it became our SOP.
My regular club has bottles of hand sanitizers on all tables and a stack of napkins at the desk where the girls pay for the VIP rooms. I carry 4 or 5 napkins when I go to any other club.

Many venues do have the stack of cocktail napkins. Some don't. For the latter, I try and plan ahead.
I honestly have all the clean up stuff but I tend to leave it in the car. I hate bringing anything I don't need into the club. That being said, I've never been in a situation where my boy Hung Lo is involved and sanitizer, wipes and napkins/paper towel weren't available.
