If that's all you want (beautiful girls, skimpy clothes), check out a popular beach. I prefer more, much more.

4 Play, it's expensive and can be slow during the week, only open at night.
Depending on if you're going during the afternoon time, than 4 Play is not an option. Try Bare Elegance or Jet Strip (my personal favorite & Monday afternoon is usually great, honestly).
