SERIOUS QUESTION: Help me I'm stuck in Phoenix, AZ
I have a passport, so that's not the issue.
The issue is that my Dallas flight into Phoenix got delayed. It caused me and several others to arrive late to our next destinations. My next flight was from Phoenix to TJ. Unfortunately, the gate was closed by the time I got there. We literally had about maybe 15 minutes to reach our gate, and it wasn't help by the fact that it took a long time for the pilot to land drive the plane to the appropriate gate. Phoenix is a big airway and the gate I needed to reach had no tram to help me ( all it has is that escalator sidewalk).
I spoke to customer service. They agreed several flights were missed and that it was due to bad weather. They gave me a free hotel pass and $12 meal ticket for the airline (I guess inflation isn't a concern for Airlines).
I have a new flight out to TJ tomorrow. This is preamble to the actual problem;
I CAN NOT CALL HOTEL CASCADAS?!! They never answer the phone. So can not reset my reservation. How do I contact them? Email isn't working either.

last commentGood news. I called the 877 number Cravemybbc used. I finally reached someone, but now im waiting for a callback from reservations.
Usually they are pretty responsive at contact@hotelcascadas.com, but it sounds like you've figured it out.
Sorry you got delayed, that sucks. I was wondering about flying directly into TJ, but like you I'd have to connect, and yours is a cautionary tale on why flying direct to SAN might be better.
Try your email again. it's always worked for me.
The few times I've tried calling up just doesn't work well.
I have used the email. I finally got a response back. But it should be noted that the response came in after I managed to call the 877 number.
I would have asked the air line for the next flight to San Diego and ground transportation to the border.
I vote for what @Shadowcat said.
@ Shadowcat. The airline actually did give me that option. American Airlines (yeah I know they aren't the best, but limited options) told me that once I got to San Diego, then I was on my own in making it to TJ. They repeated what this board has already said: you have multiple options to cross the border, including Trolly Car or just walking the border.
