I had heard that this development was dead but looks like it is still alive. This was posted on 2/20/2025.

Project leaders with 1283 West filed paperwork this week with Atlanta’s Department of City Planning to bring the proposal before the department’s Concept Review Committee.

They will shut down the club once the development is complete.

They’ll either find some excuse to shut it down like they did with Follies or they’ll make life difficult in hopes the club will whither and die.

Nobody wants to live, work, or shop next to a strip club. Especially one with a nighttime shift. And yes, I know strip clubs aren’t always all alone in the middle of nowhere, but IF this happens, could be bad for V

There are already similar mixed-use developments near Vivide. But the loss of the parking will hurt.
