Any updates on the high-rise mixed use building that was supposedly going to be built where the unpaved overflow parking is (beyond the wood fence)?

Additionally, that area was hot the last couple of years but has gone into a lull with a number of "West Midtown" restaurants closing and occupancy rates well below expectations in housing. It could take off, but I doubt it in the short term.
