I wanted to add a listing but tuscl does not let me to do so.

I want to make a review about one of the bikini coffee shop in GG but it is not currently on tuscl list. I requested adding list for the place but it is not approved for days. (Actually I requested twice.) Should I make a review to similar place which already have listing in GG?

I would not review the location you went to under a different location, that should be self-explanatory. Click “contact us” and shoot them a follow-up email.
