1 hour of heaven?

A friend of mine is in Tampa and asked about it doing 1hr VIP. I have only one experience but curious to hear others that have been to VIP also. Didn’t see it mentioned much in reviews. What should/could he expect for a $1000 VIP session. At what point is it a rip off? Thanks
