Do you believe that there are White People in the USA that are above the law?

The truth hurts, but if you accept it, it will set you free
Just answer the question truthfully.

First Yes or No and then why.

Yes. The first thing cops judge you by is the way you look. In the judicial system attorneys utilize race and perceived stereotypes. Juries eat it up. The media eats it up. If you're not white. You're identity is basically on trial. If you're white you have the privilege of being judged as and treat as an individual human being.

Yes. The Bidens and the Clintons.

Oh and don't forget white BLM protesters like in the Kyle Rittenhouse case. The left believes there is no right to self defense against violent leftists. Thankfully a jury saw things differently. This should not have even gone to trial.

No, one example being a white police officer gets railroaded because a black drug addict and career criminal in close proximity dies from all the drugs in his system. Conversely, its the blacks who are above the law nowadays. If I shoot a black teenage criminal who tries to car jack me, I'm the one going to prison.

@motorhead, i’m convinced he’s a fat short hair lesbian. The discussion board use to be a lot cooler until he started to bombarded it with his anti trump tantrums.

Last month, the Supreme Court ruled 6–3 along partisan lines that presidents are immune from criminal prosecution for “official acts” but found that they may still be prosecuted for unofficial acts. This effectively puts the US President above the law for "official acts".

This should be a giant warning and give pause to those who recognize Trump's serious character flaws, but still plan to "hold their nose" and vote for him.

Speaking of nose holding wild4testes, I find myself having to hold my nose every time I run across one of your putrid posts.

@wld4tatas - we have a good idea what Trump is going to do because he was already in office 4 years. The "president can do anything" scare is leftist hysterical nonsense because their actual policies are sheer insanity. I had thought Harris' longtime advocacy for abolition of private health insurance, defunding police (complete with rioter bailouts), and opening the border were bad enough. But a tax on unrealized gains and price controls on food are a direct threat to Americans' well-being.

Even if presidents can do anything, that means cumala can also abuse that ability. In no way does cumala have better character or integrity than trump, she would probably be more prone to abusing presidential power than trump given her ghetto upbringing and lifestyle compared to trumps upscale wealthy lifestyle.

And if that is true regarding presidential power there would be no suitable candidates at all besides perhaps extremely poor and humble monks, priests, mullahs or rabbis of some kind.

We sure did see what Trump tried to do after he lost the election but was still in power. Just ask Mike Pence. Anyone thinking he won't make another effort to stay in power (or ensure his VP assumes power) under the guise of an "official act" is being naive. Not to mention what else he might do as he increasingly displays signs of senility.

As usual, your talking points on Harris' current proposals are false, incomplete or lacking context and unworthy of serious discussion.

^ Oh yeah, I think we were a couple Viking helmets away from the overthrow of democracy. I thought the right had trained tactical teams ready to do our bidding, yet no one died.

You address my valid points, all of which she's on record as saying, with a snide dismissal. Typical lib. I take it you smoked weed while listening to Snoop Dogg through Intro to Economics?

The Supreme court needs to be expanded. That's pretty much the only way to guarantee that democracy can function.

One of the traits of systemic racism is those who benefit from it being unwilling and in some cases unable to challenge the benefits they receive from said system is white privilege.

Isn't everyone above the law these days? Liberal DA's refuse to prosecute anything unless you're a political rival. Want to play on the freeway? No problem. Want to shoplift? All good. Want to steal a car? Enjoy your 2 hours in jail before being released.
