Bottle vs buying drinks

I saw a review where someone bought a bottle for a table but then still had to pay for drinks when getting VIP. Are you not allowed to use drinks from your bottle in replace of buying drinks for a HH vip dance?

    I've only been to SR once recently, but I had to buy VIP drinks after we already bought a bottle for the table.

    when srlv started the two drink vip it wasn't long before i stopped visiting.

    I can verify that drinks must still be purchased for VIP, even when a perfectly good $100 bottle is sitting at your table. (7/16/24). I did not do the the VIP, but another member of my group did verify this information.

    Damn. I was going to buy one of the bottle packages for my buddies but that’s a rip off. We all end up doing vip anyway. Why waste the $350 when that’s like 7 vips of drinks…
