It's not completely shutdown, but it's very low activity and lot more risk to getting caught.
And of the few there, I would rate their attractiveness (body and face) at 0-2.
They shut down pretty much all the "ho"tels that way and increased police presence.
I'm not into street walkers but I do know that area has been incorporated into the City of South Fulton and is now policed by city and Fulton County police.
