Pandora's (never been there, but know I would like it based on reviews here!) over Hiliter. Hiliter recently raised prices and a few years ago put in glass? that makes it so anyone can see into VIP (I haven't gone in years so just from my reading of reviews here). Now if we were talking Hiliter maybe 2016-2017 (pre raids anyway), it would probably win the whole thing!

4, 5, 6 (These ranks seem low)

23 (Haven't been to Desire, though something tells me I would change my mind if I did)
