    I have a friend who lives in Manchester but supports Arsenal. The police threatened to arrest him "for agitating" if he did not take his Arsenal flag out of his front window.

    Most of the Internet right now is like that. If someone is offended by your post, no you won't be arrested. But your post will not be approved and you might get deleted. You have to conform to the doctrine.
