I’ve had enough and I can’t take it any more

I’ve been away for a few years. Stopped by to say hello and see what’s new on TUSCL. Looks like Founder has been playing with the format, but otherwise it’s mostly the same old folks discussing the same old bull shit. Even Shadowfat is still around. I’ll leave you all to it with a true story.

Since being widowed, I’ve been going out with an older lady. Urged on by friends, we decided it was finally time to get serious about marriage. We went out to dinner and had a long conversation about how marriage might work. We discussed finances, living arrangements, and so on.

Finally, I decided it was time to broach the subject of our physical relationship.

I asked her how she felt about sex. She replied, ‘I would like it infrequently.’

I leaned over and whispered - Was that one word, or two?
