  If he'd CCed, good chance nobody would have died. He was underage to open carry. But the judge had to throw out that charge, because the law was poorly and ambiguously written. That will happen when grandstanding racist politicians pass laws with ulterior motives. As the true details came out, it became very clear KR was not guilty of murder, and should never have been indicted for that. If he was truly not guilty of mutual combat or manslaughter in some degree, that's scary, and the law needs to be changed. Maybe the (clearly incompetent) prosecution did not present the appropriate lessor charges as options to the jury. The best way to kill gun rights is to keep cheering it on when traitors, thugs and minor use guns in dangerous and irresponsible ways.
