McCormack has two seasoning Montreal Steak and Chicago Steak I really like both and put them on a lot of stuff.
Mustard I can't do any better than Boar's Head. It's just comes in such a little bottle it goes quick.
Mayonnaise, it's not everywhere but Duke's is better than Hellman's so I'll get some if I come across it.

+1 for Montreal Steak. Goes well on anything. Montreal chicken is pretty good too.
I love to marinate chicken breast in Frank's Red Hot, then sprinkle Weber's KC barbecue before baking it. Lovely sweet/salty/spicy mix you get there.
