New national anthem

For nearly 50 years citizens of this great country have screamed out their desire for ONE song to be our new National Anthem. In symphony halls, concert venues, backwater bars, hell even at Presidential Inauguration, True Americans shout out the demand for their beloved anthem.... play FREEBIRD!

Well, we are now overrated as a country, so why not use the single highest overrated song in history (closely beating out stairway to heaven on the vomit meter) as a national anthem. The first link was great Icee I have a terrible case in court where I will have to be a vicious bully and the first link made me want to.....

We already have a national anthem. This discussion is pointless.

At the risk of adding a legitimate comment to a satirical post, I actually like the Star Spangled Banner as our National Anthem. It is extremely difficult to sing (well), especially a cappella. So much so, that many professionals refuse to sing the National Anthem publicly. Because of this, I love it when an amateur can nail it, and when a pro flames out.

There’s nothing wrong with our National Anthem this post is just like all of Icee’s posts idiotic and a cry for attention any way he can get it.
