Improbable Impact

LaFrance what a pathetic guy. Small, afraid, there didn't seem like any positives except that he was friendly and caring. He met a fanatic under stressful conditions. The whole deal probably lasted under 10 minutes. The fanatic moved out of the area almost immediately thereafter and didn't give the matter a second thought. The fanatic didn't even like LaFrance in the least and helped him out of pity even though he was of the enemy class. A pathetic and ignorant enemy know doubt, but one of the enemy nonetheless.

Fast forward about 5 years later. LaFrance is now a fanatic complete with weapons arsenal and stripper girlfriend. It is quite impossible.

One event that lasted less than 10 minutes had so changed LaFrance? The story didn't ring true because how would LaFrance be able to become so much like the fanatic when he didn't even know him? Turned out after the incident LaFrance went on an information gathering crusade. He was determined to learn more about the fanatic. So he asked questions and got as close as possible to everyone who knew anything at all about the fanatic. The more he learned the more he became determined even obsessed with becoming a totally new person.

The story itself is remarkable. But, how did the fanatic learn about this radical improbable transformation of LaFrance? He had left the area and knew almost nothing about LaFrance. The fanatic had returned home to take care of some business and he had long forgotten the incident with LaFrance years earlier as it wasn't of any importance to him. Initially the fanatic didn't even recognize LaFrance and had attempted to wave him away as he just wanted to finish his meal at the local dive. LaFrance was no longer a person you waived away and besides his hero was who he hadn't seen in years was sitting right before him.

The morals of the story are that if you desire a stripper girlfriend obtain a large weapons arsenal, and even a small gesture can have an improbable impact. :)
