I don't think there is anything wrong with asking. But I'm not sure you are going to find many takers. I've found these girls to be a little camera shy. But as Icey said, pay them something extra and you may find one. I think you will chase most of them off though.
How about something along the lines of "do you mind if I record us," perhaps accompanied by an offer of an extra tip if she seems open but hesitant?
