Remember, the laws against prostitution are really just laws against sex.

Sex is not illegal if it if free. For consenting adults it is a free speech right.

So those Contra Sexuals who would like to criminalize sex just use the argument that money is being charged as an excuse to make it illegal.

Prostitution falls under labor law. Its illicit labor. Thats the premise making it unconstitutional.

No one is talking about brothels that broker the money. That would be stupid. Person to person no one has every tried to prosecute a prostitution case under labor laws.

And any state legislature could decriminalize prostitution any time they want.

The reason it is still outlawed is that they want to criminalize sex.
