I think I read a report on her a few years ago where she was arrested in Vegas for drugs and she was escorting out there at the time. She was super cute back in the day.
That's really surprising that she was homeless living in a trailer. She was really popular and seemed to do pretty good, over 100 movies, awards. Another site has her net worth at $200,000 when she died. Sad how drug addiction can ruin your life.
I think the bullying and harassment she received from "the tolerant folks" who think George Floyd was a messiah caused this just as much as drugs. This is eerily similar to the death of August Ames. August tweeted she wouldn't work with a gay male performer, then was bullied and harassed incessantly online. She killed herself two days later.
She had 50k tweets. That is a clear sign of someone who lives and dies by social media feedback. There needs to be some serious discussions about people living their lives on the internet. Speaking of which whatever happened to SJG. In a weird way I think the pandemic saved his life....
^^^ You are right, people who live their lives by social media is just crazy. I know soccermoms and men in my community that have or are trying to make a social media presence as an influencer. The men do it to get free stuff from companies and the women do it because they think they can get a "paycheck" so to speak.
As for SJG, he actually made a post for the first time here the other day about the election. I don't think he's posted anything (including replies) since.
I deleted my Facebook and Linkdin in 2018 and haven't looked back since. Such a great move. I only follow accounts that highlight my personal interests on Instagram (do not post anything or follow any friends or celebs) and that's it. Live you life, don't live it through a smartphone screen.
NJBalla if having tens of thousands of posts on social media is a concern does that apply to other types of discussion boards as well? There are several users on here that are well over 10k comments on TUSCL, including a few that have posted on this thread. What is the cutoff number between posting online for a hobby and needing a "serious discussions about people living their lives on the internet"?
Personally, I haven't posted anything on traditional social media sites since I was in college back when you had to have a .edu email address to sign up for facebook. But, I do enjoy the discussion board on TUSCL as well as a few for my other hobbies.
George Floyd was a fucking thug and criminal. He should not be memorialized as anything more than another idiot who got himself killed while resisting arrest. Then the fucking cancel culture and twitter troll brigade harassed another beautiful young porn starlet to suicide because they didn't like her tweet.

Porn offers recognition and pseudo-stardom - but with social media being so intrusive - it can be a very difficult existence for some.
The article said she came from a dysfunctional-family w/ drug and alcohol abuse and that her mom suffered a similar-fate
