I can't see why two clubs would operate in one location at different times. It seems like it would be a logistical nightmare in regards to scheduling staff and handling the accounting.

Assuming Diamond Club/Vivide are owned by one company and Follies has separate ownership the tax filings could become very messy. Do all of the employees change at precisely 9pm or do they get separate paychecks and separate W2s for their hours for each club? Do all of the bottles of liquor get changed out between shifts or how do you account for the costs/profit of each club's alcohol sales? I'm sure most of this could be handled ahead of time through a well written contract but why would the owners want to take this nightmare on to begin with instead of just running one club?

Perhaps most importantly, should @founder create separate listing for the two clubs so that PLs don't get confused between conflicting reviews??

The logistics and finances of the contractual relationship is really none of our business.

However, listing this location as two clubs for the purposes of consistent reviews, considering it sounds as if they really have separate management, is a serious question worthy of consideration by @Founder.

I wonder what will happen to the old Ace of Clubs

Hard to know these days who owns what in terms of SCs – supposedly most cities are not giving new strip-club permits and seems it’s been this way for a while – seems the only way to open a “new club” is to buy an existing one, or lease an existing permit – so I wonder if the Ace people are not leasing Vivide nightshift just like Follies dayshift is leasing Vivide dayshift, from whomever owns the original club/permit which perhaps goes back years and has been leased and released - which makes sense; if you own a SC-permit, why sale it where you can keep leasing-it in perpetuity and keep making $$$ out of it even w/o actually running a club. Heck nothing to say that whoever runs Diamond Club right now actually “owns it” vs leasing it.

The stage is definitely coming from what management has told me . In terms of ownership I heard there’s a couple in Atlanta who run AOC , Vivide and Diamonds (probably are not sole owners of all three ) but they run the clubs together . Not sure how long AOC will be in Vivide but I’m sure it must be confusing to customers. Not sure if there is a concrete mid shift but that would be awesome considering how late follies day can take to get running .

Yes. If AOC is in Vivide customers will be confused. Will she be a bar tender or dancer? :)

A white former Follies dancer told me that the dancers coming from Ace of Clubs to Vivide were former Follies night shift dancers.

I’ve worked old follies mid shift and can confirm at least 2-3 night shift follies dancers work the evening not sure if they were coming from AOC but definitely recognize them .

There’s a small club in Philly that has two-floors and yet they have two different TUSCL listings for each floor (LaPearl lower-floor; Outer Space Club upper-floor) – supposedly each floor is owned by a different guy which is kinda odd but hey it’s Philly 😊 – but IMO it should only be one listing b/c as a custy or a dancer there is no difference b/w the two floors; as a custy you can go b/w the 2-floors and get dances from the same girls that can also go b/w the two floors; and one only pays one cover; so in essence it’s just one club w/ 2-floors.

I guess there could be 2 TUSCL listings named differently for dayshift and nightshift at Vivide since in essence it looks like it’ll be two different clubs – whether it’s one or two listings it’ll be confusing for those not-in-the-know.

As a custy I wonder if you are there late on dayshift I wonder if they'll make you pay a cover once AOC nigthshift begins if you are already inside?
