Arrived Sunday at around 6:30. Got a glass of wine and sat down to chill. Waitress told me there was no food tonight. So I asked at the desk if I could go out for a half hour or so to get some food and come back without paying admission. Big fat no. Left and didn't return. Pretty stupid to treat a long-time faithful regular that way.

If any other business was run with the same lack of customer service as many strip clubs they would be out of business. Strip clubs, brothels and drug dealers are the only ones that don't have to care about customer service because they know their products are highly addictive.

As I understand Loper's comment, the club was not asking him to pay the cover twice on his visit (s). I also take it that his quick peek at the quality on the shift was not worth paying the cover. I do understand customer relations aspect, but most clubs fail there in their grab for money.

I came before 7, so there was no cover. There is always food available here, so I assumed that I would be able to get my evening meal, such as it is. There wasn't, so I needed to get sustenance elsewhere. I would have returned after 7, thus the cover charge.

It wouldn't have mattered if I had first arrived after 7. From what I was told they would have made me pay the cover again if I left for more than the time of a smoke.
