Detroit strip clubs
Boo! This Windsor, Canada, club (just across the river from Detroit) will be torn down. But the heyday of the Windsor nude clubs is long past.

The past few times I have been that shithole it was terrible. Had a few decent times years ago but, that place had a fire / flood and it was a mold infested biohazard... and that included the dancers. Sorry to see another club go but, it was out of place and past it's expiration date.

There are actually some good times still to be had in Windsor (see my reviews) and it's a different scene since the days of Jason's and Million Dollar when it was a great "dance show" but, you could not lay a finger on a girl.

Hope at some point post-COVID it still will be because the (CDN $) $7 beers and $20 full contact nude dances were a bargain and the dancers still actually danced on stage.... nude.

Maybe they are going to open an escort service for all the right reasons?

Sadly, it sounds as though they are tearing the old stuff down to build another office building.

Office buildings vs strip clubs - I think there is a shortage of one and a surplus of the other...

That's especially true there as the building that was Million Dollar Saloon was renovated into office space and is STILL sitting vacant years later:

I have some fond memories of the Million Dollar Saloon. It was right across the street from Jason's, which was the best.

@ Jack - Yep, Jason's was more of an upscale dance show and hands off the dancers. Million Dollar was a better party and we had some good times in the upstairs areas there. Seemed like every other time I was there some civie college girls from the university were getting up on stage and stripping topless as well; fun.

It's sad to see the Million Dollar Saloon turned into a bland office building.
