  I would guess that for some married men, the only sex they have regularly is with themselves. This could be for a lot of reasons so I won't try to generalize.

  I would say about 5 percent of men have very low sex drives. Another 5-10 percent of men have partners willing to take care of their needs on demand without ever needing to jack off. There were points in my life I started dating someone and I enjoyed that while it lasted, or I was juggling a few women and saving my seed for my partners.
