I’m not sure how successful he was at getting anything done, but he certainly took on Big Pharma. Trump also said the vaccine would be given away for free, to everyone. Again, very socialist and against Big Pharma. So, you’re telling me Big Pharma develops a super effective vaccine and just happens to not announce the results until 2 days after the guy who wanted to give away their vaccine for free loses reelection? Absolutely, and now there's more justification for moderate and targeted lockdowns while waiting for the vaccine to be produced and distributed.
The approximately 240,000 people dead of COVID,as well as their families and close friends, and the people with permanent lung damage, would probably disagree with the OP's characterization of this very dangerous virus as a "scamdemic".
