  Time will tell how effective it is. If it is an executive order, it won't be long lived. If it is part of another bill that is actually law, then I am still skeptical. There is still a deep state in place, and they have to enforce it. I can tell you point blank that it would be hard to buy any computer hardware or software and be in compliance. On a related note, do you have a link - it escaped my notice too! :)

  I had heard on the radio the CDC had continued with the program even after Trump's order: "CDC Moving Ahead with Critical Race Theory Trainings Despite Trump Order" "... The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention appears to be moving forward with critical race theory trainings for employees despite an executive order from President Trump ordering federal agencies to end such taxpayer-funded training programs.   Seriously, they aren't even waiting for a crime to be committed or justice to be delivered. They are lashing out with hate and destruction just because they lost the election four years ago, and they are all set to lose the next. Did anyone else see the video of box trucks loaded with signs reading "ACAB", "F12", and "Defund the police", as well as their own riot gear, molotov cocktails, bricks, and other offensive weapons? They are rioting not to protest injustice, to destabilize and divide the country up to and through the election. This is not Trump's doing nor is it Trump's fault. This is the lying fake news media, the corrupt and spiteful democrat party, and greedy globalists like George Soros, Obamas, Clintons, and more. There are well-documented reports that pro-China groups are sponsoring BLM. To tie back to the OP's original point: CRT was introduced by the Soviet Union and KGB during the cold war to manipulate minorities in the US into destabilizing and dividing the country. It took a while, but with enough socialist teachers and professors sharing this propaganda, it has finally taken hold. Never forget that Putin is a career KGB cold warrior. Never forget that Clintons studied in the USSR. Obama embraced and espoused communism. Biden is an old-time east coast liberal, always weak on defending the US against communist aggression. These are the Russian tools, not Republicans and not Trump. THAT story is the Russian kool-aid (again with the intent to destabilize and divide the US).

  The single largest group of racists in the United States are called African-Americans. When they call other's racist, you know they are looking into a mirror. Breonna Taylor shooting was according to the law and maybe her boyfriend shouldn't have shot someone. Running invites chasing; shooting invites shooting.

  The Newsome executive order was "gas only" cars; big difference. It can still have a gas engine as a back up or a combination.

  His order requires "zero emissions" and as such no gasoline engine would qualify. It only applies to new vehicles, but that will change when the the time comes because Stalinists like Newsome are never satisfied.

  I lived in Southern California in the 1970s. I was able to live near the beach, even on a modest income. Yes, air pollution was bad and traffic was a bit congested but, man, it was paradise. What the hell happened ?
