Trump did something a week ago that got little notice, but it’s huge deal. Trump banned the teaching of Critical Race Theory in the federal government, including the military. That’s the theory that embraces white privilege, inter-sectionalism, racial quotas, micro aggression, etc. It’s a theory that assigns guilt based on race, gender, etc.
Here’s the part that most people missed. Any organization that teaches its employees about Critical Race Theory is prohibited from providing goods or services to the Federal Government. So, if a Fortune 500 company holds training sessions for its employees asking white employees to be extra sensitive about racial micro aggression, it will be prohibited from selling to the US Govt.
This effectively puts an end to the promotion of race based victim hood within US industry.

Time will tell how effective it is.
If it is an executive order, it won't be long lived.
If it is part of another bill that is actually law, then I am still skeptical. There is still a deep state in place, and they have to enforce it.
I can tell you point blank that it would be hard to buy any computer hardware or software and be in compliance.
On a related note, do you have a link - it escaped my notice too! :)
