But yes the whole thing makes no sense to me, just not my thing I guess. Although as I've said in other OF threads, OF monthly subscriptions have dropped all the way down to like $5/month, with the girls who were originally just doing softcore, all having to do harder and harder porn to be competitive.

I know a few girls doing it. But its not as lucrative as they let on. Theyre still on unemployment and doing lashes and nails on the side. Reselling weed to minors.

They got followers through IG. Just guys trying to get with them or wanting to see them nude. A lot of their guy friends and guys they know signed up. In a few cases male relatives did.

The downside is pics getting stolen people trying to shame them.

Overall I consider Onlyfans a bad deal as I like the personal connection (and contact), the online connection is almost inconsequential.

With so much free eye candy available online, I consider paying for online eye candy as a waste of my money.

I could understand wanting to support or keep in touch to a CF or ATF by using Onlyfans but to pay for content from girls you only know online, seems like a waste of time and money.

I have a few friends who are using Onlyfans to supplement their income and they told me they are offering "risque" non nude content, though plenty of girls on Onlyfans offer nude and better content but just does not seem worth paying for even if the price has gone down.

To each their own, in the pursuit of their happiness but Onlyfans is not for me.

Girls doing well are also so called IG/Twitter models. Create a following then have OF for racier pics. Guys that follow them on IG, get led to them to OF. Prices increase for customs, so does feeling of intimacy.

Some are scams. IE only show body shots that may or may not be theirs.

I think for of customers. Actually knowing the girl or the illusion of being in her circle is what makes it attractive to them. Theres the aspect of a perceived connection and a voyeuristic aspect.

But I think it's a waste of money.
